Resilience is becoming an increasingly important consideration for Europe’s space ambitions.
As space capabilities become more closely tied to critical infrastructure and essential services, Europe faces a growing need to strengthen the systems it relies on and maintain their availability during disruption.
This makes resilience a strategic issue as much as a technical one, with implications for sovereignty, preparedness, and the ability to respond to emerging risks.
These themes will be at the heart of the inaugural Space Summit for a Resilient Future (SSRF), bringing together space leaders, policymakers, and end users to explore how space can contribute to a more resilient Europe.
